Eligibility

Guests may access Savearth experiences only in participating hotels or hospitality properties where the technology has been deployed.

By using the platform, you confirm that:

• you are legally permitted to use the services under applicable laws

• the information voluntarily provided by you is accurate

• you will not misuse the platform or interfere with its operation

Certain sustainability campaigns, promotions, or rewards may be restricted by age, jurisdiction, availability, or hotel policy.

How the Platform Works

Savearth technology estimates shower-related water and energy consumption using embedded sensors and AI-based analysis.

The system was intentionally designed to minimize invasiveness and does not perform speech recognition, voice identification, or camera-based monitoring.

Environmental insights generated through the platform may be used to:

• estimate sustainability impact

• support hotel environmental initiatives

• enable optional guest rewards

• improve operational efficiency

• encourage responsible resource consumption

Estimated savings and environmental metrics are indicative and may vary depending on hotel operations, infrastructure, guest behaviour, and technical conditions.

Rewards & Sustainability Experiences

Certain participating hotels may offer optional sustainability-related rewards to guests through Savearth-enabled experiences.

Rewards may include hotel-defined benefits such as:

• complimentary products or services

• discounts

• loyalty perks

• food & beverage offers

• spa or wellness experiences

• promotional sustainability campaigns

Rewards are independently managed by each hotel and remain subject to operational availability and local policies.

Savearth does not guarantee the availability, quality, redemption, or fulfilment of any hotel-provided reward.

Rewards:

• may vary by property

• may have expiration dates

• may require minimum sustainability thresholds

• may be modified or discontinued without notice

• may be limited in quantity or availability

• have no cash value unless explicitly stated otherwise

Hotels remain solely responsible for reward fulfilment and guest-facing operational execution.

Responsible Use

Users agree not to misuse the platform or attempt to interfere with the integrity of the Savearth system.

Prohibited activities include:

• manipulating or falsifying sustainability data

• attempting to interfere with device functionality

• abusing reward systems or QR codes

• using automated methods to exploit campaigns

• attempting unauthorized access to the platform

• disrupting hotel or platform operations

Savearth reserves the right to suspend or restrict access where misuse, fraud, or suspicious activity is detected.

Availability & Technical Limitations

While we aim to provide a reliable experience, Savearth services may occasionally experience interruptions, delays, inaccuracies, or temporary unavailability.

The platform may be affected by:

• hotel infrastructure limitations

• internet connectivity

• hardware performance

• maintenance operations

• environmental conditions

• software updates

• third-party service interruptions

Savearth does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation at all times.

Environmental estimates and analytics provided through the platform are intended for sustainability and operational purposes only and should not be interpreted as exact scientific measurements.

Intellectual Property

All platform content, technology, branding, visual assets, software, analytics systems, and related materials are owned by or licensed to Savearth.

Users may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit any part of the platform without prior written authorization.

Privacy

Savearth is committed to responsible data protection and privacy practices.

By using the platform, users acknowledge that limited operational and sustainability-related information may be processed in accordance with applicable laws and the Savearth Privacy Policy.

Savearth is not responsible for the content, policies, availability, or practices of third-party platforms or services operated independently from Savearth.

This includes, without limitation:

• reward availability disputes

• inaccurate sustainability estimates

• temporary service interruptions

• technical malfunctions

• hotel operational decisions

• loss of data

• loss of business opportunities

• dissatisfaction with rewards or hotel services

Savearth acts primarily as a technology and sustainability infrastructure provider.

Participating hotels remain independently responsible for hospitality operations, guest services, and reward fulfilment.

Indemnification

Users agree not to use the platform in ways that could harm Savearth, participating hotels, or other users.

Where permitted by law, users may be held responsible for damages resulting from fraudulent activity, misuse, unauthorized access attempts, or violations of these Terms.

Changes to the Platform

Savearth may update, improve, modify, suspend, or discontinue certain platform features, campaigns, or functionalities at any time without prior notice.

This includes sustainability programs, reward mechanics, analytics features, or technical integrations.

Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
